Fox International Ltd., Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Video Display Corporation.  Video Display Corporation, our parent company, is traded on the NASDAQ Market (VIDE).  We have over 50 years of experience in parts and accessories inventory management and is continuing to experience rapid growth.  Our headquarters are based in Cleveland, Ohio and we have warehouses in: Cleveland, Ohio; Dallas, Texas; Buffalo, New York; and Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada. 

Under the leadership of CEO Murray Fox, Fox International has grown into a global entity.  It has been his vision that has allowed for our explosive growth.  Ensuring stability, a second generation of management has been put into place.  President Brad Fox has been the driving force in the development of our refitted state-of-the-art call center and the reinvigoration of our internal staff.  This has resulted in multiple additions to our staff with individuals who have the experience in MIS, Marketing, Training and Call Center Management. 

Though many members of our staff have been a part of our organization for 6-20 years, the average age of our staff is 33 years old.  This ensures a youthful, cutting edge and energetic approach for our clients. 

We are proud to announce the opening of a new Call Center facility located in Beachwood, Ohio.  This new center encompasses 16,000 square feet and will initially employ 130 Customer Service Representatives.  We've also invested in state-of-the-art Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) technology by Cisco to drive the telephony of this new center.  VOIP is quickly becoming the technological standard in this industry.

Fox International will be able to combine its proprietary Management Information Systems, customized reporting structure, unprecedented attention to quality and VOIP in order to provide the finest call center services in the industry.  We are at the forefront of this new generation of technology and have established a strong market position and a rapidly growing presence.
