We've developed a customized software program called Contact Manager which allows our customer service representatives to gather detailed consumer information to fit the needs of our clients.

Contact Manager Reporting

A custom made Contact Manager is designed for each company for reporting purposes.  This type of reporting allows companies to pinpoint areas that need focus and evaluate in detail what should be done next.  This program captures all information so that multiple contacts by the same consumer are recorded in one transaction.  Contact Manager also allows individual reports to be run for any field populated (i.e. all information about a particular model or call type) can be run in a report.
